The Brief.

Brew Box is a specialty coffee subscription aimed at people who appreciate quality but don't want to feel like they need a barista certification to enjoy it. The brief was precise: artisanal without being precious, expert without being exclusive.

We built an identity system that earns credibility through restraint. A clean, tactile mark — rooted in craft, not trend — paired with warm earthy tones and a type voice that explains coffee genuinely rather than performing passion. The subscriber kit was designed as an experience in itself: the first box you receive should feel like a thoughtful gift, not a package.

The packaging alone convinced 200 pre-launch subscribers before a single ad ran. Retention rates outpaced every projection.
